FUN RUNS
To enter either FUN RUN event just click ENTER FUN RUN NOW and select your event and fill in your details. Payment can be made using Mastercard or Visa.

RIVER SWIM
To enter either RIVER SWIM event just click ENTER RIVER SWIM NOW and select your event and fill in your details. Payment can be made using Mastercard or Visa.

Security
When you make a payment for one of our events you can be sure that you are using a secure payment gateway. We utilise the Direct Payment Solutions Gateway with 128 ssl encryption, and we use Event Director On-line Race Management Software and have a merchant facility with Westpac. We accept only Mastercard and Visa cards.

Refunds Policy

As you can image offering refunds is difficult when organising sporting events. We start to incur costs from the minute you enter and often book event services and purchase products months before the event. For this reason we do not offer a full refund once you have entered. Up to 2 weeks before the event date, in circumstances where an injury stops you from competing in the event we will however refund your entry fee minus $20.00 fee for the triathlon or $10 fee for the swim or run events to cover the direct costs of the initial entry. You must supply a doctor’s certificate as proof of the injury. Within 2 weeks of the event date we do not refund entries.
